Journey of the Faithful
Join these Italian pilgrims as they encircle the Church of Annunciation in a candlelit journey of faith singing holy hymns. This traditional march is a weekly event in Nazareth, Galilee, Israel, at the Church of Annunciation. Visitors from around the world take part in journey of faith and contemplation. To be part of such a faithful mass of people is indeed a privilege and life changing event.
Outside the walls of the Church of Annunciation, or the Basilica, a Catholic church located in Nazareth, Galilee, Israel. The church was established over the site where the Catholic tradition holds to be the house of Virgin Mary, and where angel Gabriel appeared to her and announced that she would conceive and bear the Son of God, Jesus – an event known as the Annunciation.
